Although I believe all of the above are included, most people generally only think of Chinese, Japanese and so forth.

When I think about Asians I don't think about Indians and pakis but I think of Koreans, Chinese and Japanese people, even though India is part of Asia

The stereotype most people think first is Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. The majority of people the include other countries such as India, Nepal, or any other country is ironically, Asians. This is from my experience over the past years.

I think Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc. I think of the others as Middle Eastern.
