I'm separated because of work from my wife for a period of months, and I was really wanting to do something sweet for her... I got the brilliant idea of crocheting some sexy garments. She would like them because I made them and because she digs sexy lengerie, AND I would like to do it because I crochet and also the obvious reasons. The problem is that I can't find any good patterns for sexy crocheting.... I was thinking some sort of mesh sleeveless top? Any suggestions?

do a search on-line for crotchet patterns & you are bound to find something

I saw a book awhile back in a yarn store that had crochet bikini on the cover. Of course now I can't remember the title. Do a search on Amazon, or just look for it in a local yarn store. Here is a free bikini pattern if you are interested.

That picture looks very similar to a pattern in a Leisure Arts book. You can find them at Joann's, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, AC Moore, and online.

Target has some kits but you can always look at the picture and go from there. Atleast they use to have a crocheted swim suit.
