What is the source of your troubles? Hard to help without knowing that. Are you sleeping well? Eating healthily? Making sure you spend some time outdoors and with your animal friends? Call up a friend and go out for some eats or coffee. Get into a good book and fall away.
Go to a music store today and purchase a new CD and listen to it all day over tea and cookies and dance away in the living room/kitchen. May I suggest "Analogue" by a-ha for you? (see link below)
Remember, happiness comes from within. Make the commitment. You are you. Be silly. Make someone laugh. Do something stupid. And then laugh at how stupid you were! Hahaha...
As you can see, I am pretty good at this!
;-)=
Be well and blessed be to you love.

I am not having the worst month, I really felt sad reading your question, I have had really bad days, this is going to sound insane but I listen to slow sad music for a while then slowly up the tempo and move on to an angry type, when my energy ups I go for a fast walk, Aerosmith, and Linkin Park are my favorites. I hope you cheer up soon.

uhhmmm.. yes. my friend is having a horrible time.
she's been to jail twice for assaulting her ex. Once was in self defence, the other was a text to ask him to call so that she could tell him that she was pregnant with his baby. (bail conditions were to NOT have any direct or indirect contact) He called the cops on her and she was sent to jail pregnant with his child.
She is now crying everyday and has two children to see her do this. she still desires to be with the guy,.. but he WAS truly an *** to her and she knows it. she still wants him, but doesnt.
she's going to court for it all and SHAKES when she sees him or is near him at all. she avoids places she knows he may be..
she's got a pretty hard life right now, and i dont really feel all that sorry for her. she REALLY did know better before all of it came to this.
Youre question reminded me of it though.. and it is pretty hard for her in her life that she made..

Sept and Oct are usually the worst mos. for me too. Maybe it's the end of summer and the shortening days.
Everything seems to be going wrong. Keep your head up and keep your sense of humor. Tomorrow is another day. :-)

I'm sorry. *hug*
Nothing ever lasts, even when it feels like it will.
I've cried a lot, too. The 9/11 anniversary, my father's birthday (he died when I was seven), Steve Irwin's death, a baby panda getting smushed by its mother (I *love* pandas), and my friend getting a kidney transplant were all huge triggers for me.
