How do some of you get so many points so quick on Yahoo questions? Some of you , I have noticed have only been on this for a couple of month's. Are you on this site all the time?
I am just curious...I say good on you but I find being on here for so long bores me.

I was just wondering the same thing. Like, I just saw this guy had 96,000 some points! How did he get so many? That's crazy!!

Check this out: some people VOTE for their own answers as the best (for those questions that the author never elected a best answer) and, if they're lucky, get 10 more points that way.
Others register multiple fake e-mail accounts just so they can come here and vote for their own answers.
Oh, and yesterday I saw two girls on the Brazilian version of Yahoo! Answers that are flat out cheating for everyone to see (Yahoo! moderators included). What are they doing? They each post several questions daily and answer each others questions. Then both elect the other's answers as the best, giving, therefore, ten points to their friend. One of the girls has 66% of her total as BEST ANSWERS because of this.
That's terrible because lots of other people who come here and actually try to help those girls end up getting sucked into their little scheme. So sad...

My car was broke over the summer so I was inside more then I am most the time. I got most my points during that time. I was bored. Now I just get one some in the morning and some in the evening.

Yeah this is one of my past times i like to do when im bored. I like the feeling I get when I get chose for beest answer and get 11 points cuz i feel that Ive help the person!

I'm here approx 4 hours a day, and from 5 months ago, I just keep answering as much as I can.

yeah ive been on it for like a month but i work on a computer so in my spare time i just answer a few best i can and hope i get voted as the best answer.
