The car is fine, has no problems with lights, etc.

There are a couple of reasons another car would flash it's lights at you. One, you may have your lights on brights. Two, you may be driving without your headlights on when you need to have them on(At dusk, bad weather, etc.). Other than that, no idea!!

Could be because the headlight is too bright.

I had a Lexus (without HID) whose lights were really bright and used to get that from on-coming traffic. I would hi-beam back to show that I wasn't an inconsiderate boob.

I live in NH and people flash their headlights at other people usually to warn them that a police officer is up ahead, and that you should slow down!

Could be to warn you of cops ahead

If you have those new Halogens, they can be blinding others and they think you have your brights on..

Or you do have your brights on...
