When Notre Dame beat Penn State we found out one of the two things. either Notre Dame is really good or Penn State is really bad. That being said does Notre Dame Mop the Feild with another Big Ten opponent? This week Michigan is coming to South Bend bringing a great Rb Mike Hart and a Coach on the Hot Seat Lloyd Carr.
I'm picking Michigan because the ND defense hasn't been tested by a top Rb like Hart, And a vertren Qb like Chad Henne. Overall this looks like it's going to be a shootout because neither defense is really good.

I agree with You! ND's defense is still untested. As far as Penn State, I'm not sure they had much to offer. I'll tell You what...If ND beats Mich, yeah at home, I'll give them their props! Still liking OSU though

I would, reluctantly, go with ND. Michigan has trouble with early road games. The ND offense is good, their D, just good enough. The Michigan offense should be better. Hart is one of the top backs in the Big 10, but Henne is overrated. Considering the last two QBs Michigan has had, you wonder if they even have a QB coach there. The Michigan D is solid, but are they good enough to stop ND, at ND? I don't think so.

I'm picking the Irish to win. However, it won't be a blowout like the Penn State game.

Notre Dame 31, Michigan 24

I hope so, Penn State was a "young team" (isn't it every year?) and it's early in the season. I think Michigan will at least make a much better showing.
