If I'm not mistaken, you are advertising for this organization or group.
1. to make a site official, make it look at least slightly decent
2. don't use a hotmail e-mail address
3. going back to point 1, make it look at least SOMEWHAT professional (why are there smileys and blinking crap)
4. there are spelling errors

They are probably collecting addresses for spam. The contest page is full of spelling errors so it's not likely a reputable company. Do a Google search.
