Given that your first instinct was to get help from Yahoo answers rather than call 911, you may find the following advice helpful.
Basic first aid will tell you never to remove an impaled object, so take the pencil by the shaft and slowly push it further into your eye until it binds on your skull, at this point it will be immobilized and you can safely drive yourself to the hospital.

Leave it in there an put a cup around it to hold in place. I actually learned that today in my First Aid class. and call 911. Do not pull it out. Good luck!!!
