Or simply Google "step by step science projects", and you should come up with several sites.

Ok it depends on what grade you are in and how much detail you want. There are 2 books by Scholastic that is in the October Math and Science order. Science in a Bag and Pop Bottle Science. They both have simple and neat science projects. Also check a local Teacher Supply Store...They have tons of books for Science Fair and Science Projects.
