Michael will dump Jan for Roy and move to NYC with Jim.
Pam and Jan will join the Girls Gone Wild promo tour.

In the British version, Dawn (Pam) and Tim (Jim) get together. The US version has followed the British version very closely. Although, they got together in a special that was done after the series was over. In order to keep the series going, they might do something completely different.

I hope Jim doesn't leave the show, he's the best part of it in my opinion. The hilarious tension between he and Pam is funny though so I hope she doesn't leave Roy yet...though eventually I want Jim to get the girl.

I have only watched it a couple of times, but these are my predictions. You'll have to let me know if I'm right.

jim and pam will get together - micheal is going to be stalked by jan, she will totally lose it over him because she feels rejected, so that will make him attractive to her!
