without sales tax, it's simple
4(11.99)+ 18.99

1.0825{(4*11.99)+18.99}=Total + sales tax

in this case i used Californias sales tax, 8.25%. If yours is something different just divide the % by 100 and add one
(IE: 8.25%/100=0.0825 then add one....1.0825)
