If your referring to the password to get into the pirates ship docked at Winfall Island then you have to go to the bomb shop. It's the round tower like building that is sitting off by itself with the walkway that has the stone walls. Go to the left and around the back. Climb the vines to the upper deck and crawl through the little door. Once you're inside a cut scene with the pirates will tell you the password. Go back to the ship and use the password to gain entry and play the rope jump game again to get the bomb sack. Now you can carry bombs and your boat has a bomb cannon on it too. Don't forget to go into the bed room at the top of the stairs and look at all the pictures of Link and other characters form Ocarina of Time.
