I was pretty shocked by this!
Near where i work there is a river and there are stair cases on either side that lead down to park areas and then there is a walk bridge about 50 metres down. One of the stair cases was blocked off for maitenance so this meant that people walking from the bridge to the stair would reach them and then have to turn around.
Now this is an annoying situation by its self. BUT i was sitting having on the other side. I saw a person walking towards the stairs. They noticed they were closed when they reached them and turned around. This person passed 2 people on they're way back. Both times the person didnt mention that the stairs were closed!!! This happened about 20 different time!! I am shocked that not 1 person passed on the message that it was closed!! I know i would!!
Is anyone else annoyed by this or would they just ignore the people?
Also has any one else got any examples of how people just dont care any more. I am pretty disapointed by society!

There are many simple and complicated reasons.
Simple reasons are laziness, irresponsibilty, imitation...
Complicated reasons are lack of proper education, lack of love, lack of the sense of shame, and lack of many other things due to lack of this proper education.
But disappointment with society will not make the change. We must make first our individual effort for change. For example you bring up the matter, other people make various suggestions for modifications, other ruling and influential men solve the problem...So, the change occurs.
Through this forum, it is hopeful that all sorts of problems will be brought to light, and we gradually contribute opinions and powers and means to bring the solutions into implementation, and the world will become another happy world. It seems that I am dreaming too far, but I don't think that this is utopic. And if I am really utopic, we still have better and more practical ideas from other big brains on this forum. After all, we always have good reasons to be optimistic.

Umm some people are shy. Not everyone is soxiable you never know and should expect anything from anybody since maybe someone has a horrible situation. And it is not ignoring it is not informing. It is not mean or nice. But everyone knew each other than I guess ja. Sounds like a city not a small town.
