If you're cartridges have seperate color tank, like Canon, you need to replace the the yellow and blue (cyan and yellow).
If it's just one color cartridge it could be:
1) out of ink, you can refill it or buy and new color cartridge
2) print head is clogged with dried ink. Run some cleaning cycles or try a inkjet cleaning solution and soak the cartridge head.
3) Sometimes the gold connectors get dirty with ink, Remove your cartridge and give it a good wipe to clean any dirt off and put it back in.

Your printer has 4 ink colours: Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black.
This simply means that the Magenta colour cartridge is the only one with any ink left in it. If your printer has separate ink tanks, get new Cyan, Yellow and Black ones. if not, get a new combined cartridge that has all four colours in it.
