I dont want to tell this guy that i have feeling for him if he doesnt feel the same way. But what way could I say it so he knows and can be completely honest with me. Eg. ... "Your an amazing guy and I have feelings for you. Im ok if you dont like me in that way and u just want to be friends.. But i just wanted to let you know how i felt".... HELP!

As a guy, I'll say that I'd rather just be with someone who likes to be around me.
You are fishing for .... commitment.
Once the feelings are discussed then the relationship is defined. Women like that a lot. Most men don't. Some women even call it The Talk, just adding pressure to the whole thing and skewing the easy balance that once was enjoyed.
Defining a relationship, even if it is just expressing feelings, begins to frame and establish a foundation that already exists. Be confident in yourself and trust that the enjoyment you have spending time will continue .... until one day - he will want to express his feelings for you!

Don't tell him. If he likes you it'll happen. Girls who tell me they like I usually just take for granted because I know I have them there and I can get them whenever. Challenges are good. Don't bore him. If he likes you, he will come after you. Flirt all you can, but never straight up tell him. Good luck.
