Yes of course. The bra company I use makes up to a JJJ cup - after that you have to buy them from somewhere that specialises in the larger bust.

Yes my friend is a double G. I think you can also get H cup. Bras like this are very expensive and not often available in department stores, only in specialty shops. At least, not where I live they are not availaible in department stores.
