No, they are too young to get involved with adult problems and situations like cheating or adult relationships. It can really hurt a child's feelings towards one or both parents. The best thing to explain to them is that mommy and daddy are having some problems right now. We both love you very much, and it will never change even when we are having arguments. The argument has nothing to do with you but parental concerns on things other than you two. The reason why for this short explanation is that kids will sometimes think they are to blame for the parental problems. Good luck!

And why are they getting involved.... they are children, so you or he must be using them against the other. The workings of your marriage, is private -- between the two of you. You have no right to share those workings with your children -- it is not their fault that your marrige doesn't work. Shut the hell up...both of you!!!

Dont involve your kids in adult arguments,kids dont need to know **** like that or hear it!
