Yuck, I hated those persuasive 5-paragraph essays. Good luck.

Here are a few ideas that should give you an idea about how you can really write about anything:

1) In the light of recent school shootings (There's been another; you can run a quick internet search), the question has again come up: do violent video games cause students to be more violent in real life?

2) The IAU (international astronomical union) has recently decided that Pluto is not a planet. State whether you agree with its new classification or you think it should still have full planet status.

3) Following the death of "Crocodile Hunter" Steve Irwin, people have been questioning whether animal shows are putting their hosts into unacceptably dangerous situations in order to get better ratings. Do you agree or disagree? State why.

Pick something that interests you. Do a quick internet news search. Once you've picked something, research it so you have a basic understanding of the topic. Then go for it.

I hope these helped.

The monetary device is an impressive problem that has been all around the information these days. you could write approximately something from the gas costs, housing crash, unemployment, to the motor vehicle marketplace.
