there is a girl that i work with, we have worked together almost a year. She will act like my best friend, but the moment i leave the room she starts talking bad about me. other co-workers have been telling me about it lately. if i tell this girl i'm gonna change jobs for more money she says she wants me to stay, and she only does this to me, i don't get it.

she's higher up than me she's been there since the office opened, and dated our boss, she tries to get me gone then takes up for me, it's wierd to be honest.

Obviously she's jealous of u.. I would give her a piece of my mind and be done wit her.. Let her talk about u, oh well u're the one on her mind obviously. Iwouldn't worry 2 much about her. She seems petty. U jus need 2 stop talkin 2 her and associating urself wit her. Jus keep doin ur thang, u're OBVIOUSLY doin something better than her!

This is someone that would more than likely do anything she can for you and then go and tell everyone, can you believe she ask me to do that for her?...Bet I am right. This is someone who always wants to be the center of attention. She choose you because she thinks you will never confront her. You have two choices, just let it go (everyone will know she is just running off at the mouth) and still be buds..(never trust her with real stuff) or confront her and lose her as a bud (even if she wasn't a very good friend). Then everyone at the work place will start picking sides and you will lose even more friends. My choice is let it go and when someone tells you that she is running off at the mouth...just tell them...ya' know how she is....got love her and laugh like it doesn't bother you.

She's waht I call a two face backstabber. U should confront her and NEVER tell her anything U should also stay away from her because she also sounds like she's a jealous troublemaker. She needs to be put in her place and remember to stay away from her after.
I think she wants u to know she talks bad abot u , why else would she tell co-workers knowing it may get back to u. Work place talk gets around fast

There are people that just have a great time making other people miserable. Needless to say she is in no way your friend, My advice to you is do not tell her anything she can use to hurt you. Keep your conversation to television programs,the news, recipes etc. this kind of stuff.

There are people like that at every job. She is probably jealous of what you have (skills, knowledge, credentials) and feels the need to slander you because of this lack of something on her part.

she is not a real friend. friends have respect for you which she doesn't have. try to dp your job while looking for better pay and get out of that office. soon she will be a distant memory in your past.
