Walked away.
Sometimes when you love someone so deeply and yet you see that what they need lies in a different direction, you put their needs before yours. When you know that they would never achieve what they need to unless you free them up to do so....you sacrifice your love and walk away.

i had to choose between the man i loved and my parents (parents didn't approve, i knew he had potential)...i'm still with him after 10 1/2 years and my parents love him like a son!

when someone said something mean and then someone whispered it in my ear about that(gossip) they looked at me and then backed off, realizing they told the wrong person.. well yea I GOT SO MAD, so I defended her and mad them tell her, she was glad I defended, cause' that is what friends do!

and saddest thing, was to ask the doctor to cease CPR on my father after 50 minutes. He was dead, and they kept trying. Our family had discussed this many times, and I knew his wishes, but DAMN it was hard to say it to the doctor.

Gave birth to two beautiful sons,only to raise them by myself without child support.
I refer to him as their " sperm donor".
( not to them, but to others I talk to about him )

been with them when they died. I was at my moms bedside when she died of lung cancer. spent the whole week with her bearly leaving her side.
