If the 2 PC's are networked, then no problem.
simply, use the Remote Desktop Connection to access & Control the PC2 from PC1, run the movie on PC2 then back to your desktop to run it.
If there is no Network between the 2 PCs, then you may need to install a network between then.
The otherwise, is to use two or more Monitors to display over ONE PC, this will need one or move VGA Splitor.

Connect the computers with a S Video cord. Hold ctrl key and tap F4 key. This is how I hook up to my TV. good luck
