Earth is not made inside the Sun. Earth s core materials were part of some other star that has blown up after exhausting all the fuel. When they were thrown out in the space some Derbies were caught in the suns orbit.
Our sun gets the energy from converting Hydrogen to helium but there is solid iron core and other elements present inside the sun. When they get cooked at high temperatures for billion of years other elements are formed.

If I can answer this and prove that I am correct or even some one else can prove, then I will be give the Noble Prize.
Some elements are discovered from time to time. Some elements are created, all of these created elements are created in a man made reactor of some kind or other. In general known elements are place in a core of a nuclear reactor and by trial and error new element are created. This is called manipulating the elements within the core.
The other, theory is big bang. According to this big bang theory, an another star was blown up, after all the fuel was used up. When the parts of the stars were thrown out in the space some derbies was caught in the suns orbit.
You are aware that our sun is a huge reactor so are other stars. So most of the discovered elements were formed long time ago.
The other big bang theory says earth was formed from sun or similar star that may have collided with the sun or at least got closed enough and pulled some matter from sun out ( the gravitational forces probably mutilated both the stars), the star have to be travelling very very fast and did not devoured all the matter and our solar system emerged. What remained is our solar system as we know it now.
Even in case of scattering theory based on exploding or collapsing star, the discovered elements were formed in that star long long time ago.
All the discovered elements were formed in the huge reactor we know as our sun or the other star.
If I am correct 92 elements are discovered so far, others are all created, there can be no limits as to what we will create in future. We may find some new element in nature that is not yet discovered.

This seems to be a very popular type of question.
The Sun is quite young as stars go. As it gets older, it will keep emitting energy by fusing helium into lithium, hydrogen and lithium into beryllium, and so on all the way up to iron. Then it will start to absorb some of its own energy and fuse these medium weight atoms into heavier ones all the way up to uranium. Finally it may explode in a nova, and scatter all 92 elements into space as interstellar dust. When the dust starts to coalesce and rotate somewhere, it can create planets with various proportions of the elements, depending on how far from the centre each one is. Cosmologists reckon that our solar system could be the product of such a cycle after two or three times around.

the entire foundation of religion is faith. For the fairly non secular human beings their international revolves round their faith it really is unshakable.even as such is the case no quantity of medical causes of popular phenomenon will veer them from their idea.As has been stated " faith can bypass mountains ".and that is a really sturdy signal because faith is a bonding agent. It delivers solace in circumstances of favor and misery which hydrogen and helium can not replace. And that burning ball of H and H which sustains existence in this earth, won't be able to be synthetic by employing human beings and saved burning 24x7x365. Have an staggering Day.

Actually it is 92, the others are artificial, in the distant past these elements (iron, hydrogen and other elemnts)During the making of earth , earth was very hot, this temp was so much taht the nucleas of the element s collided with each other thus making new elements.(Process also called nuclear transmutation)
