I want to do games at my party but not childish,but fun,should I make like little candy baskets?music?hide-n-go seek in the dark??

What kind of teen party is THAT! Im 16 and i wouldnt dare go to a party where there were games and candy baskets...Just have little snacks (drumettes, finger sandwiches, meatballs, chips, dip, punch) on the side and have a nice big open area to dance in. DEFINITELY no hide n go seek!

Do the Broomstick Game. Take a broomstick (or something similar), have one boy and one girl grasp it horizontally, standing back to back.
The object of the game is to have the girl and boy end up facing each other, WITHOUT letting go of the broomstick (yes, it is possible). They can give each other all the verbal directions they want, but they cannot let go of the broomstick.
Listen to what they tell each other. It's hysterical!

Music is good but let your child pick it out. Don't be a hero and pretend you know because you'll just embarris them in front of friends...
lets your teens pick out the activities.

i always liked musical chairs, where you run around the chairs and when the music stops, you try to find a chair to sit down on. then you remove one chair, and then so on, until there is only one person left, and they win the prize. buy a prize for them and wrap it up.
