i do not mean from earth. i mean from the beginning of the universe. how did rocks appear?

Note that rocks did not initially appear as rocks.

First, there was the Big Bang. This produced all sorts of particles that, after cooling a little, formed the most basic atoms: hydrogen and helium. These gases, pulled by gravity, formed into huge stars and fusion reactions at the center of these stars formed most of the heavier elements, such as oxygen and carbon. The very heaviest elements are only formed during supernovas (explosions of massive stars) where pressure and temperatures are large enough that lighter atoms can be fused together to form atoms of these elements.

Eventually these heavy elements made their way around into what we see today.

Anytime sediment gets hardened together, you have a rock.
