I have no problem saying I'm sorry.

If I know I was wrong, I look forward to apologizing because it eases my burden. The person I wronged knows I seek forgiveness and has the choice whether or not to accept my apology. It's out of my hands at that point and so much the better.
The only time it's hard for me to say I'm sorry is when I don't mean it. So hard, in fact, that I don't do it. In my opinion, an insincere apology is more insulting than not apologizing at all.

Depends if I think I'm in the wrong, it will be easy if not it will be hard to say sorry.

If I know I am wrong about something, I always say "Sorry".
But it seems some men have no idea to say sorry or to say thank you and that hurts.

it's getting easier all the time. When I was younger it was a big issue - didn't want to accept the fact that I had done wrong.
Now I'm so surprised to get it right I'm apologizing all over the place most of the time.

It really depends on the situation. If it is someone close to me than it would be easier than if it was a joe shmo from down the street.

I'm apologizing for something all the time...not that I'm always guilty all the time but sometimes that's the only way to keep the peace...

it's easy, I apologize all the time. although if I've actually done something wrong, it's difficult, as I'm a bit too embarrassed to spit it out...
