I remember that issue. There was a radio ham that had a cracked crystal in his transmitter that matched the control frequency that Superboy used on his robots, and used them to make him rich and make superboy look bad, until Superboy figured out a way to outwit him, using his one remaining robot (the Clark Kent robot that filled in for him at school) to make the bad guy think he had successfuly caught Superboy in a kryptonite trap. While he was gloating, Superboy got him from behind.
I don't have a spare, but you could probably find one at a good comic shop. Call and ask around for those that stock back issues.

Oh sh't! I actually owned that! In the last decade however alot of my comics got ruined (bad leak where they were stored). I would suggest that you try a comic shop. Perhaps an online retailer like www.tcomics.com or www.bestcomics.com.
