I distance run and my only set back currently is that I don't have a good breathing form.

If anyone have a technique that has worked for them, that would help tramendenciously as my first meet is this saturday.

try coordinating it with your feet and arms. Change from breathing in to breathing out when a foot is on the ground. Also make sure to use your full lung, get the most out of every breathe. There is a difference between breathing hard and breathing deep, you'll feel it.

in your nose and out your mouth always,slowly though as not to hyperventilate
