When hosting a party we run into a problem near the last few players. The chips value are too small and too many chips on table as blinds are larger, how do we fix this problem? We play 8 players and start will the average $1. and $2 and $5 and $10 chips.

You can all ways cash in the chips for larger denominations.

I enjoy playing tournament style with about 20 whites and about 15 reds (worth 5X the whites) per person. The blind start out at 1 and 2 and either go up or double every 20-30 minutes. when it is down to two players there are quite a few chips on the table if it becomes cumbersome just trade them in for higher valued chips.
