No...because there are some underwieght people in real life that just can't help it, but I don think that they should put some people of average wieght in them!1 But I see your point....it sends kind of a bad message to people, lik you have to be very thin to be beautiful...

I don't know about banned but definitely not encouraged. I read that some of the fashion people were complaining about discrimination, etc. Well, do they ever hire overweight people??? Hell no!! So the whole 'but then these poor little bony drug addicted anorexic stick figures won't have any work' argument gets no sympathy from me!!

Thanks for letting me vent...I've needed to do that since yesterday =)

I just think that modeling should be banned altogether. Not just underweight ones.

I think that it is a step in the right direction and seeing as super skinny fashions started in the modeling industry its only right that they try to do something to stop it.

As with any enterprise, it is simply supply and demand. As soon as women stop idolizing the ultra thin they will no longer be in demand

I think just like they don't employ overweight models....they shouldn't employ underweight models.

i think they should pick a size and stick with it. personally they are more than skinny enough and i am tired of the whole obsession with skinny. i think curves are cuter, and healthier. Women should look like women not like tall little girls

Skinny girls use less material, heavy hiitters strain the stage.

Oh, how can we find a happy medium?
