You should speak to your doctor about it. You probably have a little bit of fungus (totally normal for places where skin touches skin!) Stop scrubbing so hard, you'll only irritate the skin more.
Your doctor will most likely prescribe an anti-fungal cream for you to apply.
If you don't see your doctor, try a little Lamisil on the area and keep it clean and dry. It should clear up.
**If all this doesn't work - go see your OBGYN to be checked for polycystic ovaries ... sometimes that can cause darkening of the skin under breasts and inthe groin area.

The uneven skin color is probably from the skin rubbing against itself. Also rashes in that area cause this.
As for the heavy breasts: No matter what age you are I strongly recommend a breast reduction consultation with a surgeon. When you get older your heavy breasts WILL contribute to posture problems and may contribute to other health issues and not to mention how unattractive heavy breasts are on older women.
Picture yourself with firm perky breasts. Imagine how wonderful it will be to start treating the darker skin. If you need breast reduction, maybe removing the darker skin can be part of your procedure. How great would that be!
Good Luck

This is perfectly normal. Some people's skin is darker in the creases. It comes from friction, so areas like the underboobs will be more noticeable because of underwires or the band on the bottom of the cups create more friction in that crease than say the inner elbow. If you're that desparate to try to change this, you could try skin bleachers, but I think that would make your underboobs smell bad. Just leave it alone. No one is looking under your boobs, and any boy visiting the area will be too happy to be there nuzzled up with your heavy boobs to notice or care!

I used to be DDDD and the skin is a bit different. Try using a spray on anti-fungal product. The spray on powders keep it dry and keep it clean. Never use Corn starch. Also try using Summers Eve body powder. Depending on your ethnicity the skin will be different in color. If your doctor hasn't seen this then show her(him). They can best explain if there is a problem and provide proper treatment. I also used to get heat rash, especially in the summer. Good luck

Stop scrubbing so hard. The darkness most likley comes from the sweating, previous breakouts / rashes.
I will give you my secret.... and I know it works , I used to work in a hot factory and it saved my skin .
Get solid anti persperant and apply daily under breasts.
