Matrix2- does Link(Harold Perrineau) put you off?

when he talk TO the camera instead of acting?

He's always struck me as off, especially in Reloaded. He was the only thing I had a problem with in the movie. I kinda liked him in LOST though.

I don't remember him doing that in The Matrix Reloaded.
I remember him doing that in Oz; which added to the story lines and helped to explain certain elements.
