I love "Feast of all Saints" too. I think "Belinda" is my favorite, though. It's stylistically luscious...vividly characterized...and genuinely transgressive.

Interview With The Vampire and Vampire Lestat were the best ones. Memnoch the Devil was pretty good. Belinda was a very good story, with nothing supernatural in it, it's a Lolita type story. I also remember liking Cry To Heaven. She seems to have switched from supernatural to religion though which is not my cup of tea. Also she's jumped the shark lately though and become like Stephen King, too many novels, too fast which IMO has really watered down the quality of her work.

Vampire Lestat. Louis in Interview with the Vampire is cool (partly coz it got made into a movie and played by Brad) but Lestat is more interesting. Anne Rice made a very believable origin not only of Lestat but of the whole "vampire race".

I'd have to say two. The Witching Hour and Memnoch the Devil. Memnoch was a good story but I have a special reason for liking this book. I actually have an authentic autographed copy of it. :-)

Interview with the Vampire first, Vampire Lestat second. All the rest left me somewhat disappointed.

I would have to name 2 the witching hour and interview with a vampire...both great books.

The Vampire Lestat. I thought the book was incredible. I didn't understand the whole movie things tho. How dumb was that?
