its bad.. but then a woman does it and its not 'as' bad or not bad at all... whats the deal? we all hear aboutt he female teachers having sex wtih their students or another underaged kid out side of school, etc. but what about the men? why do they seem to get harsher punishments or whatever (i'm not sure how to word all of this! lol) than women? what do you think? and what do you think when someone gets out of trouble (or gets less years in prison or whatever) becuz they plaed insantity or bipolar or something like that?

This does not sound uneducated. You've identified something we've all been talking about with the recent instances where female teachers are assaulting underage males. We are still a bass-ackward society in which we think it's good for a boy to score, especially with an older woman. Ewwwwww. Depending upon the boy, it can be a score or it can be rape. When you're a child and the attention of an adult is what you want, you don't always realize that is negative attention and you may be inclined to do something you would not normally do like engage in sex with a teacher or adult. Afterward is when it hits you in the gut and you want to puke - but our society is not yet ready to accept rape is rape and an underage person will never be the one in the wrong! Shame on us for not seeing the reality.

Pleading insanity... usually gets you locked up in a hospital until the doctors say that you are fit to leave...
which can be when you die... even if sentenced to just a year...
Men normally get harsher punishments because of the physical damage they do to the young persons body and the brutallity of their act...
For women who get sentenced, their sex partner is normally willing even if they are underage and it is illegal.

I agree with you.. there's no reason a woman who molests a boy or who has sex with a boy should not be punished just as harshly as a man.

I agree with you 100% a molester is a molester whatever the gender.
