not much you can do in the room,but you can report them using this link,abuse tab.give id,game,lounge and date.
http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoogames/ remember their id and avoid playing with them if the future,also its nice to let people know in lounge lobby know who they are so they can avoid them also.stallers hate that!
