I've tried to, I have a hard time just devoting time to just "read the bible" usually with my bible reading, I'll look something up for a specific answer/ reference/ question, or even story, and then read around that a bit more.......... once i was just trying to see one verse, and ended up reading for a few hours, but i have a hard time setting a "routine"

what I do before bed sometimes, is i'll try to read other inspirational books, recently, books by joyce meyer, or one book I recommend right now is "A purpose driven life" the messages in that book are so deep, it really helps, all though i end up feeling so emotional and spiritually uplifted, that after reading a chapter or two, i'll end up wanting to pray instead of reading on, ^^;; then i end up praying so long i fall asleep doing so...

(*always wondered if it was a bad thing to fall asleep praying though....*)

If you are falling asleep while reading the bible, maybe you should stop puting God last on your to do list, and put him first. Read in the morning before you start your day, you will be better prepared for anything that might try to take you down during the day. Don`t put him last, put him first.

Yes, more often than not - but, you know, for the strangest reason, based on your history of questions, I have a very hard time believing that you do - for a minute or any other duration of time! I think you're playing make-believe here just like all of your other questions.

If I'm wrong, forgive me - if I'm right, hope you change your ways soon!

(P.S. Are you sure you missed me?)

why should I - its only full of lies and propaganda.

But it isn't good that you're doing what you are doing. You're only teaching yourself poor study habits.
If you don't learn to find something that you can enjoy reading. then you're never gonna graduate high school.

You'll only be another drop out loser taking up space in the world.

At least read something else, something where you can at least get some pleasure from. If you won't expand your mind by collecting knowledge.

cheers and sweet dreams!!

Great to know. Why advertise. I don't really care that you read the bible every night, just like you don't care that I don't read it at all.
