What kind of "Bandwidth" are you referring to? There are a couple I can think of: the memory bandwidth, internet speed, the bandwidth between a graphics card and CPU....
For internet bandwidth...go to http://www.speedtest.net/
For the other stuff, download CPU ID...a little program that'll tell you all the technical info on your CPU, memory, etc
