Get yourself out of bed anyway, and get out there and hopefully that will help. It may be many things that are making you feel this way. Try get involved in your community if you are lonely. Consider psychiatric help only after you`ve exhausted your options, that`s just a big mess that has only made me feel worse. Now I`m on all these pills and half the time I don`t even really know who or what I`m supposed to be. Sorry for rambling on, I hope you feel better soon.

I think everyone has days like that. Maybe not as often as you but that we all do. I saw you added you are bi-polar and on medication. I hate to burst ur bubble but being on meds doesn't mean ur world is going to be perfect. Hopefully you won't take that the wrong way but from what I know of manic depression often the drugs they use to stablize mood swings have to be at perfect levels in ur blood streams. They also don't work the same for everyone and can work at first but begin to have less effect. (Depacote or however you spell it is supposed to be bad for this) I'd say it'd be best to discuss this with the dr who regulates ur medications. Especially if you are experiencing this as frequently as it sounds.
Are you bi-polar 1 or 2. Bi-polar 1 is noted for its dramatic and swift mood shifts whereas 2's are normally on a more normal emoticonal level most of the time but can bottom out into extreme depression very quickly. If you're 1 then that would kind of explain ur mood swings.

I feel that way all the time, and am also bi-polar/manic-depressive. U should look over what u have and what u want, and figure out where u think your feelings are coming from. That helps me sometimes, but if it's understanding u r missing, feel free to look me up sometime! :) I'd be happy to chat with u. :)

Even though you are on medication, it could still be depression-esp. if you are bi-polar. Maybe you just aren't on the right medicine? There are so many different medicines, but not every medicine works for everybody. Hope you feel better soon.

That's called depression. Doesn't mean you need meds, but it does mean you need to get some help. That could be in the form of exercising, meditation, joining a group of people to do something you enjoy on a regular basis... If you really feel lost, please go see a doctor.

Looks like depression. Excercise, talk to your best friend, make up your mind that this depression wont get the better of you.

Sometimes medication does not help depression, so it could still be depression, talk to your doctor.
