Eventually, yes. India deserves to take its place.
The final hurdle is forging a lasting peace with Pakistan.
The US wants it and Russia too. Only China will drag its feet, as India and they compete economically and politically, but that will likely only last so long.
I bet by 2015, no later.
Brazil too, but not until they show more leadership in international affairs.

Indians are so stupid if they are asking for it .Being a 100% Indian even after living in North America for 35 years I ask you FOR WHAT? Why should we involve our self in this BHEDCHAL[sheep trot]The best way out for India is to stay away from these games and work on political and police corruption.Look at Globe and you will not find a better geographical location.

yeah but china is hesitant because they dont want any competition but india will eventually get it
