What should i do to make the message headers of a mail appear visible?

I am getting many spam messages. I want to track down their ip's so please help me.

i am using yahoo mail. i want the message headers to appear. it seems yahoo provides an option to view the ip address of the sender. please help me.

What software are you using? OR what internet mail company?
