The hatter is the only one saying the truth. It can be solved by making some assumptions initially and then proving them right or wrong later.

Assume that the dodo is saying the truth.
Then the hatter is surely lying, which implies that the march hare doesn't tell lies.
Which implies that his statement about the dodo and the hatter is correct.
But the dodo 'doesn't lie'.
So both dodo and march hare cannot be telling the truth. Which means the dodo 'lies'.
This implies the Hatter doesn't tell lies. So his statement abt march hare is right.
March Hare lies, which means hatter doesn't lie.

If we suppose that the three are being true to their nature when they speak we have this. The hatter is telling the truth and the dodo and hare are liars. The dodo tells a lie in saying the hatter lies, the march hare lies when he says both the hatter and the dodo lie when only one can be the liar. The hare can't be the truthful one because that would make the statement of the dodo true and hare's statement about the dodo a lie. The hatter names the hare as a liar which must be true so he is not lying.

At the same time if you assume that the march hare is telling the truth, then the dodo is not lying. But then the march hare would be lying.
However, if you assume that the dod is telling the truth, then both hatter and march ahre are liers or atleast the march hare is a partial lier.
So the only assumption that could be true is that the hatter is telling the truth.
However, what is the objective of the riddle? What do you want to find out? That who is the lier...who is telling the truth? Or does the riddle signify something else?
Ultimately, the only way to solve this is by taking a side and believing in someone.
