supplements per se are suuplements, they are not the primary treatment, if your blood pressure is mildly elevated then exercise, diet and mild to moderate weight loss can help over the next few weeks to months. if bp is moderate or highly elevated then the doctor will start with medicines alongwith suggestions for the above. but you have to see a doctor to begin with, feel free to email me with any questions

I take a low-dose aspirin as a supplement to my blood presure medication. You may want to try it.

You should make sure that you have enough magnesium and potassium to match your calcium intake. Where I live there is a lot of calcium in our water. I take added magnesium.
Calcium makes muscles tighten, while magnesium allows them to relax. Whatever supplements you take, make sure that they can dissolve or they aren't worth anything.

Fish oil is good in general unless you take blood thinners. Fiber is always good too.

I recommend you see a doctor for advise. You may be allergic to some medications, plus some medication interfere with other medicine. The best advise I can give you is to see a doctor, and I hope that you get the proper treatment.

Eating celery or drinking the juice helps. Stop your high salt-intake if hypertention (high blood pressure) is rather constant. Try to stay as calm as possible so that your blood pressure can be balanced.

Take 100 mg of CoQ10 every day to help lower BP.
Some people also have success with Garlic although I've never tried it.
