This all really depends on the pop-up blocker you have. There should be a way to go to your blocker's properties and then block it again. You'll probably have to manually type the address in.

Depends which one you use but on the yahoo toolbar, right click on the pop up blocker icon, then choose 'always allow pop ups from'. Then from there a window opens & you will see 2 choices, 'allow & remove.' Just copy and paste, or type the site address in the appropriate section.

It depends on the web browser or pop-up blocker software.
In Firefox you can go to preferences and click on "Content".
There will be a button to click to bring up "Allowed Sites". Then you just have to locate the site in the list, select it, and click on "Remove Site".
-----
Similar in Camino. Go to preferences and click on "Web Features". Click the "Edit Exceptions List..." button. Select the site in the list and click the "Remove" button.

Go to Tools on the top of your computer screen, and there should be a "pop-up" blocker icon. You should be able to turn on the blocker.
