Melatonin. Purchase it at Wal-mart - very inexpensive. Take 1 tablet approx. 1hr before bedtime. Fall into a natural sleep with no morning grogginess! Love the stuff!

I take Melatonin (a natural chemical in the body) in 3mg doses every night about 1/2 hour before bed and it works great for me and has for a couple years. The only side effect is WEIRD dreams, which gradually reduce. You can find it in the health area or sometimes with regular vitamins. Good luck.

5-htp ( and maybe benadryl -if needed)will put you to sleep in 20 minutes. It is a tryptophan and melatonin precursor. Buy it anywhere from Walgreen's to Wal-mart...

Putting a teaspoon of poppy seeds(like you put on a bagel) into hot water and drinking it like tea will also work BUT you will not pass any drug tests just so ya know...BUT you can buy the seeds at most grocery stores.

there is a tea made from a flower/plant called valerian. you can find valerian at most natural food stores. Just make sure you are home when you take your tea...it works well and you need to be able you get at least seven hours of sleep I us this because most "medical" sleep aids leave me drowsy even in the morning.

Melatonin can work sometimes but I have found that I can sometimes have vivid dreams associated with it. Also, you can try Valarian. It's sort of like a sleep aid/ natural valium. Good luck.

We drink a product called 'Goodnight', it contains 100% grape juice plus a few additives like, fennel, cloves. It can be bought at (in Australia) any good health food store. My 18yr old, helps herself to ours and sleeps all night long. If drunk at room temperature it will enable you to sleep, and if drunk chilled, it serves as a great 'pick-me-up'.
