Try a local dance supply store. Most of them will have lighter weight fabrics to choose from, and some will even have sequined, beaded, or other flashy styles that you could dress up.
They make those pantsuit/jumpsuit things with gaucho legs, but I don't know if that's something you would want.

I like the pants and the shirt together cause the fabrics don't clash (A very common fashion no-no) Just wear with a cute pair of flats or a modest heal and you're good to go!
If you can wear a dress, target has a great selection of semi-casual/dressy dresses.
I picked target cause almost everybody can get to a target, and it's a reasonable price, since we all aren't loaded.

i myself think of a short shirt with some black or brown tights with an attractive vogue shirt from like hollister or abercrombie is the cutest vogue precise now yet i additionally like the long stunning vogue shirt with tight below and a few ballet apartments are extremely stunning. notwithstanding u percenti think of u will rock it.sturdy bless and robust success
