I, as well as other family members and friends, have found that it is a very nice place to stay. Also, the price is very good. It is owned by Marriott, so I believe that has a lot to do with it. Hope this helps you out.

I love to stay at Fairfield Inns. They have the most comfortable beds. They are owned by Marriott. The ones I have stayed in were very comfortable.

Not sure about the one there-- but we have stayed at several ones in California and Orlando.
They were all very nice and clean.
