Have a great night sleep. Tomm when u wke up do some exercise to get ur endorphins going, then drink a couple of soft drinks or coffe. As the day goes keep drinking water and throw in a B12 vitamin. Make sure u get a good amount of water, because ur body dehidrates. If u keep drinking water u will be wide awake, cus either u are gonna have to pee every now and then and ur body will feel better and awake.

Don't forget to eat regularly ... that can keep the energy going on a more even keel all day long more than caffieine or Sugar ... both of which give you a quick, brief high followed by a physiological CRASH that is worse than where you started requiring even more caffieine or sugar just to get back to level. And vitamin C will have no short term benefit. Best thing to do ... get plenty of rest the night before, and eat throughout the day (small frequent meals without a lot of simple sugars) and drink a lot of water.

are you speaking approximately retaining wide awake at night? Then try taking nap for the time of the day. or merely lie down for an hr -close your eyes - eveni in case you do not sleep - it makes sense greater refreshed. in case you have worry staying wide awake for the time of the day, in keeping with risk you're actually not getting sufficient sleep at night. in case you paintings - try dozing in once you get an afternoon off. If all this doens't help - you should work out a Dr. The caffiene maximum probable components a headache considering which you're very gentle to it. that ought to me my opinion.

All of the above and no-doz. If you want a more healthier answer...8oz of water and the C. Caffeine and Sugar are great temporary stimulants however, when they wear off...you become more tired and then the sugar turns into fat. So, take your pick really.

I would suggest to take a coffee with 'Tongkat Ali' herbs (Eurycoma Longifolia). It is good to stay awake and good for your health also.

Caffeine, but be sure to eat something rich in protein ( meat , peanut butter, etc ) to avoid drastic drops in your glucose levels. And this is essential no matter which pick me up you choose.
