You probably mean to put this in y-intercept form.
y = mx + b

4.5x + 12.5 y = 4500
-4.5x ``````````````` -4.5x

12.5 y = ```````-4.5x + 4500

12.5 y = ```````-4.5x + 4500
--------``````````----------------
12.5`````````````````12.5

y = -4.5/12.5 x + 4500 /12.5

y= -0.36 x + 360 (I used a calculator for the last bit here.)

I hope this helps!

www.quickmath.com will graph it just the way it is.

4.5x + 12.5y = 4500
45x + 125y = 45000
9x + 25y = 9000
25y = -9x + 9000
y = (-9/25)x + 360

Go to the site below and type in (-9/25)x + 360

4.5x+12.5y=4500
12.5y= 4500- 4.5x
y= 4500/12.5 -4.5/12.5x
y= -0.36x + 360

It looks linear to me. Or do you want it rearranged into the form y=ax + b
