tailgating for the MN Vikings?

I am looking for tailgate lots, other than behind Target Center, that are good for Vikes games. The only thing is I don't want to pay more than $15 a car.

Viking tailgating sucks ***. Don't even bother trying to tailgate until we build the new stadium in Anoka.
