Does anyone know some kicks, twirling tips and tricks, anything.?

I am trying out for our brigadette/majorettes squad I want to know baton tricks and how-to's. Tips on kicks mainly, splitz, stances, anything u know please share.

to do that spinny thingie hold the baton out by the middle of it and act like you are stirring a couldrin keep going faster and you will get it
