No it will not smoke. Your oil pan must have a big friggin leak. If your cars engine smokes alot it should be a gasket leaking . If It;s blue smoke then it's oil. If it's black smoke It's running rich. If It;s white smoke then you have head gasket problems. If it smokes all the time then the valve cover gaskets may be leaking on the exhaust manifold.

That would be totally dependant on the source of the smoke. If your "oil can" busted you would have a mess on the ground or in your garage, or back seat or where ever. If your OIL PAN is busted you will not have any oil in the engine at all and it will smoke for a short time until the engine siezes and no longer funtions as an engine. At that time it will become a very expensive chunk of cast iron and aluminium. Being serious though, many things can cause an engine to smoke, from a simple oil leak or improper fuel/air mixture to expensive internal damage. Have a ASE qualified mechanic make a thorough inspection of the vehicle and explore your options afterward.

It depends how pissed of the car got at the oil can! The engine won't smoke-it's prohibited by law! Maybe you could smoke if the can bust!
